Position Overview:
Raft is on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. This role primarily focuses on providing technical support to customers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you’ll be a crucial part of the company’s mission to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately.
- Handle various ad hoc customer support tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to meet service goals.
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with new customer onboarding.
- Stay up to date with internal tools and Raft application features to enhance customer support.
Desired Qualifications:
- A degree from a reputable institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
- Proficiency in using technology and support tools such as Jira or Hubspot (ticketing systems).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for task tracking.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and taking ownership of responsibilities.
