Customer Success Specialist at SocialPilot

SocialPilot always looks for people who are specialized in customer success to assist its vibrant team. This position requires creating memorable SaaS offerings in the Martech area. The ideal applicant will work in a very cooperative environment comprising inventive problem solvers dedicated to innovation. Furthermore, this individual will closely partner with many interdisciplinary groups working on product development including UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, sales representatives, and marketing managers.
Role Overview:
- Assist customers in understanding SocialPilot as a product.
- Comprehend customer use cases and workflows, and provide workarounds when necessary.
- Communicate product gaps to the team and suggest improvements. Advocate for customer priorities and ensure these are addressed.
- Monitor product usage among priority customers and provide interventions as required.
- Will be acting as a connector between the teams like product, design, engineering, and marketing teams with the customer.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in any customer-facing role or demonstrable customer empathy. Knowledge of product principles is advantageous.
- Exceptional written communication skills are essential. The candidate should be adept at explaining problems and solutions comprehensively without relying on tools like ChatGPT.
- Willingness to work hybrid shifts with overlap in US time zones.
- A good sense of humor.
