  • Shift 1: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary:

Real Broker LLC is looking for a Customer Support Executive to support its Brokerage Operations team. In this role, the executive will be responsible for managing email communication in the US real estate market. The role is essential to ensuring a positive customer experience by responding to customer queries related to real estate transactions, property listings, and general market information. The position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the US real estate market, and proficiency with email platforms. The Customer Support Executive will work closely with internal teams to provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns, contributing to long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, addressing concerns about real estate transactions, property listings, and general inquiries.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to meet customer satisfaction.
