About the Role
LeafLink is on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to offer real-time assistance to users across various communication channels, including email and phone support. Responsibilities
- Utilize support platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Zoom to address user tickets, issues, and inquiries while documenting customer interactions and requests.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality support experience.
- Achieve performance targets and maintain ticket quality standards, including first reply time and customer satisfaction rating (CSAT).
- Use Jira to gather and communicate end-user feedback to the product team.
- Become a proficient user of LeafLink’s Marketplace to maintain an in-depth understanding of the product and internal systems.
- Assist users and colleagues by sharing knowledge and identifying effective solutions for various workflow challenges.
- Resolve customer issues by recommending workarounds, creative solutions, or alternative approaches as needed.
- Review and verify registrations and license update requests from retailers, cross-referencing with state databases to ensure approval.
- Work closely with Senior Customer Support Specialists to ensure that Marketplace-related ticket responses are clear and of high quality.
- Complete data entry tasks as required.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support for technology platforms.
- Proven experience supporting customer service functions in a rapidly growing company.
- Skilled in managing multiple business lines and platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with business teams on commercial strategies and distribution approaches.
- Excellent communication skills for responding to users via email, ticketing systems, and phone.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and platforms as business needs evolve.
