Role Summary
As an Ad Operations Associate, the individual will manage marketing campaigns targeting consumers and businesses alike. This role entails overseeing campaigns in multiple formats and requires a commitment to working US Eastern Standard Time (6:30 PM - 4:00 AM IST).
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic advertising campaigns using GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of various advertising campaigns simultaneously.
- Communicate and report metrics to internal teams, managing expectations effectively.
- Ensure campaign success by reviewing both first and third-party reporting data.
- Maintain documentation essential for the Ad Operations team.
- Conduct month-end reconciliation and quality assurance checks against client insertion orders.
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet most of the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree and one year of relevant experience in advertising platforms, online publishing, ad networks, or digital agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital advertising.
- Demonstrated experience with ad serving platforms and/or Server-Side Platforms (SSP) / Demand-Side Platforms (DSP).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, especially in client servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HTML5 and JavaScript ads.
- Experience in creating Mobile Rich Media ads.
- Skills in ad troubleshooting/testing with tools like Fiddler and Charles.
