Job Responsibilities:

  • Reply to customer emails and chats promptly, with accurate and helpful responses that leave a good impression of the brand.
  • Help customers use products by understanding their needs and guiding them on specific features to get the most out of it.
  • Analyse product issues thoroughly and test scenarios to reproduce and understand the problem, provide insights to the dev team.
  • Maintain internal databases with technical issue details and customer discussions, ensuring a resourceful repository for future enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members to share customer insights and contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Proactively follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure their needs are met and concerns addressed.
  • Collect customer feedback for the Product, Sales and Marketing teams so we can make informed decisions and product refinements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Customer Support Specialist or similar experience,
  • Understanding of customer interaction and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with the space is a plus for understanding product and customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in technical tools such as Excel, help desk software, and remote support tools enhances efficiency in customer service.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills are a must, to have clear and empathetic customer interactions and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple queries at the same time with accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle tough cases.
  • Night shift comfortable.
