The Customer Success Operations team drives the seamless execution of customer success initiatives within Egnyte. By process optimization and technology utilization, this team guarantees the efficient provision of client success programs.. Through data analysis, tool implementation, and cross-departmental collaboration, the team enhances customer experiences and contributes significantly to organizational success. Strategic planning and coordination across functions play a pivotal role in customer retention, growth, and continual value delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Data Verification and Validation:
- Assist in verifying and ensuring the quality and consistency of data within Customer Success systems such as Totango, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Reporting and Insights:
- Collaborate with internal teams like Data Analytics and Data Engineering and Create and manage key reports for Customer Success,
- Provide insights into customer journey metrics including Onboarding, Adoption, Renewal, Expansion, Advocacy, and also business results (forecasts, renewals, expansion, churn, etc.).
Feedback Analysis and Training:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas related to our Voice of the Customer program.
- In order to gather customer insights, contribute to developing surveys and tools.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new members of the customer success team.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform routine audits of customer success activities to uphold adherence to industry best practices.
- To ensure compliance with company policies, conduct routine audits of licenses, tools, and other assets.
Customer Engagement and Advocacy:
- Track customer engagement metrics closely and work collaboratively with the team to improve customer interaction strategies.
- Assist in managing the customer advocacy program alongside marketing, including handling customer welcome kits.
Project Coordination and Collaboration:
- Assist in planning and executing customer success initiatives and projects, including playbooks and campaigns.
- Work closely with different Customer Success teams to create training and enablement programs aimed at enhancing efficiency.
Process Optimization:
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures for customer success operations using tools like Confluence.
- Revise lifecycle processes, policies, and metrics to align with customer outcomes and foster business growth.
Communication and Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Assist and support in crafting customer communications, including newsletters, product updates, and other pertinent content.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks and reports as required.
Stakeholder Relationships:
- Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders and partners throughout the organization.
- Utilize strong communication skills to gather input from stakeholders, contributing to better project decision-making.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required: 2-3 years Customer Success or similar teams experience focused on SaaS as well as B2B, preferably within the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience in other data analysis and BI tools.
- Experience using Customer Success Management Systems (Gainsight/Totango/Churn Zero/Plan Hat/Client Success/etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and proven relationship management skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to all levels, including senior executives.
- Salesforce experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools preferred.
- Experience with support and/or professional services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps/SDLC processes or tools is a plus.
